How to Shred
As a beginner, it will be helpful to start riding the board using a wall as a support.
Lay the Shred SledĀ® down beside and parallel to the wall.
Put your foot (left or right depending on your preference) right center of the sand paper on the fore plate perpendicular to the board direction, and then put the other foot on the rear plate in similar location and direction.
Balancing your body (with two hands on the wall), make the board flat so that the board is standing on two wheels and the sides of the board are not touching the ground.
Once the board is moving, twist your hip and both legs to create forward movement.
When you get used to the movement of body to propel the board, you may try the turns and other interesting tricks.
